APPOINTMENTS:
Face-To-Face Counseling is by appointment only at Ashmore, Gold Coast, Queensland. Home visits are chargeable at an additional $90 per visit for time and transport.

Please Note: I am an AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Medicare Australia Provider. Medicare rebates may apply to your counseling charges where you have been referred to me for counselling by a medical practitioner under a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Please discuss this with your doctor and bring along your Medicare documentation.

All counselling is conducted under my business organisation, Gosling International ABN:28-219-744-700. All new clients of Gosling International are required to complete registration forms at their first appointment. We will open an account for you to which we will credit your prepaid plan amount. Consultations are charged against your plan balance and invoices mailed to you after each session. If elligible, you may use this invoice/receipt to lodge your claim with Medicare Australia.

EXAMPLE CONSULTATION SESSIONS

Where clients prefer to pay per session, our Standard Rate is AUD$180 per hour prorata for time used. Home and hospital visits are charged at an additional $90 per visit. Alternatively, Prepaid Plan A is available at AUD$900 (ie, 6 Hours @ $150 per hour). Typically, we find that clients with ongoing issues will require 10-15 hours of consultations and will buy either:

• Prepaid Counselling Plan B for $1,350(ie, 10Hrs at $135 per hour prorata or $112.50 for a 50 minute session)
• Prepaid Counselling Plan C for $1,800(ie, 15Hrs at $120 per hour prorata or $100 for a 50 minute session)

An average consultation is between 60 - 90 minutes. Some clients see us for longer periods. Discuss your preference with your professional CBT counsellor.

FEE EXAMPLE : 1Hr 15Mins Consultation 

• $225.00 - Paying at the Standard Rate(1:15Hrs @ $180 per hour) will be payable at the consultation by cash, or EFTPOS (VISA, MasterCard).

• $187.50 - Paying with your prepaid Counselling Plan A (1:15Hrs @ $150 per hour) will be deducted from your prepaid plan amount of $900 - SAVE $37.50!

• $168.75 - Paying with your prepaid Counselling Plan B (1:15Hrs @ $135 per hour) will be deducted from your prepaid plan amount of $1,350 - SAVE $56.25!

• $150.00 - Paying with your prepaid Counselling Plan C (1:15Hrs @ $120 per hour) will be deducted from your prepaid plan amount of $1,800 -SAVE $75!

PLEASE NOTE:

• Gosling International DOES NOT offer time payment facilities. Please DO NOT ask for time payment, as a negative response may offend. All fees are prepaid or payable at the time of interview by Cash, EFTPOS (VISA and MasterCard), or online through our ecommerce provider, PayPal.
• When you click on your billing preference above you will be asked to confirm your order. New clients will need to complete and/or fax their registration details.
• Charges to your credit card will be in US$ and include Australian GST at 10%.
• Gosling International's payment service provider, PayPal, will provide you with an electronic receipt for your payment via email.
• Gosling International will post you an invoice/receipt on completion of the service.
• Refunds will only be made if written notice is received and paid by cheque in AUD (Bank draft in USD for overseas clients less bank charges) sent to your last advised postal address.
• Counseling fees listed are subject to change at any time and do not commit Gosling International to charging the fees indicated. Gosling International's Counseling Consultation Fee Schedule above is for calendar year 2010. Fees will next be revised on January 1, 2011.
